As the Lead UI Designer, I collaborated with UX designers and solution architects to introduce new functionality, visual styles, and behaviors. We conducted user testing throughout the development process, both before and after launch, to validate our designs and ensure they met user needs. This iterative approach allowed us to refine the product effectively, enhancing user satisfaction and engagement.
